Reduce melt viscosity – increase productivity
The flow improver bFI was developed to reduce the melt viscosity of PMMA. However, it can also be used in other polymers or casting resin mixtures and achieves excellent results. bFI is available as powder or granules – contact us for application questions about the flow improver. In addition to the high compatibility and miscibility, the positive effects on the flow behavior are already evident at dosages of 5 – 10%. You do not have to integrate this part of the additive additionally. You replace part of your base polymer and, for example in PMMA, retain the transparency and recyclability of the polymethyl methacrylate, while the MFI is significantly improved.
